When asked by your technician, please click the Get Remote Support button below. You will be redirected to the Splashtop website, and a small file will begin downloading. Please run the file when ready, and read the 9-digit code to your technician to enable the one-time remote support session.

How it works

  1. When asked, click on the Get Remote Support button.
  2.  A window will popup asking if you want to run or save the file.
  3. Click Run. If this is not an option, Save the file, and then run it.
  4. If necessary, click Yes and/or Allow to any security questions.
  5. When the program opens, read the 9-digit code to your technician.
  6. Our support staff can now initiate a one-time connection to assist you.
