When asked by your technician, please click the Get Remote Support button below. You will be redirected to the Splashtop website, and a small file will begin downloading. Please run the file when ready, and read the 9-digit code to your technician to enable the one-time remote support session.
How it works
- When asked, click on the Get Remote Support button.
- A window will popup asking if you want to run or save the file.
- Click Run. If this is not an option, Save the file, and then run it.
- If necessary, click Yes and/or Allow to any security questions.
- When the program opens, read the 9-digit code to your technician.
- Our support staff can now initiate a one-time connection to assist you.
